Condolence: ---I was sorry to hear of "aunt" lorna's passing, scott colburn sent the obituary along to me. I just wanted to say your Mom and Dad were great people and welcomed me Lac Megantic several times so many years ago. I still think back on the visits with much fondness and smiles. Your Mom and Dad made me feel most welcome--and always had a good story to which to share with us. I send you my sympathy, and I hope that my memory of your folks brings a smile to you all. Peace to you and your Mom.

Condolence: Lorna and Ralph were exceedingly kind and gracious to us and to our daughter when we first came to the cathedral in 1998. We were guests in their home and they in ours. Lorna was an elegant Christian lady. It was a delight to know her.

Condolence From: Paul and Renée Antle
Condolence: Dear Glen, Nancy and families, Paul and I are deeply saddened by Lorna's passing. She was our wonderful neighbour and a sweet friend to my mother, Helen Marquis. I will not forget the first motherly embrace Lorna wrapped me in after my mother's passing. It seemed she had a sixth sense of when I was missing my mother and if she happened to be in hugging distance, I got to sink into her warmth for a moment of comfort and peace. Nor will I forget the last hug, when she was beginning to forget how she knew me, only that I was the one who needed the comfort and so she readily gave it, along with her dimpled smile. I hope memories such as these will provide a little Lorna like comfort to you in these sad days. We are just returned from out of province and are so sorry to have missed the visitation. Will do our best to attend the service tomorrow. Warmest regards and deepest sympathies, Renée and Paul.

Condolence: Don, Glenn and Nancy,
My deepest condolences to you all on the loss of your Mother. As my Mother's best friend Lorna was a wonderful constant in my life since childhood. Her ready smile, her easy laugh, her giving nature, even her making us, as teenagers, sing carols around the piano at your Christmas party have added richness to my life. I will always hold her dear.
